Subtitle is the summary text of a post. It often appears below the post title.

To change it, you edit the post, then scroll down to the

Post Settings

area >

Layout

Subtitle

In the place of subtitle, you may want to display either the subtitle or post excerpt, please go to

Customize > Single post > Single area: Header > Subtitle displays
